Well today i am going to be visiting with my sister leslie. we have a lot to plan for out annual vender's/ craft fair that we do each year. we are actually a little behind on the planning this year but then again we have had a lot of things going on in our lives at home. We have to figure out a date and get a hall together to have it at. then we have to to get participants to attend.
Along with all that I have been getting a head start on my macroeconomics class. I started by going through all the key terms and concepts as well as the chapter summary of each chapter.
I have a total of 5 chapters plus the appendix done so far. i even went as far as color cordinating the paper to each. one color for key terms and concepts and another color for the chapter summary. I am putting them in a three ring binder and leaving a section for notes that i will take in class as well as a section for assignments.
I am still waiting on my college algebra 2 & trig. bbok to arrive so i can take a look at that and get familarized with all the terms and applications that i will be doing in the class.
Along with all that we had our downstairs neighbors move out yesterday and while they were moving out the grandson decided he was going to take it upon himself to help himself to the toys in our garage without asking and eneded up popping the kids pool. So now my kids are without a pool for the rest of the summer and they were actuallu looking forward to going in it today. When i proceeded to tell the mother of the child she said well he was not suppose to be outside playing in the first place and went about her cleaning of the apartment. so when the mother who actually was renting the apartment came by today to get he last of her stuff i told her once again about the grandson poppin gthe pool wht a toy that he was not to have in the first place. she was very nice and said she would pay to replace the pool. Which i feel she should of done in the first place since it was her grandson that popped it. Actually the mother should pay for it but since the mother is not working, the grandmother is stepping up.
well i am going to end this post now since Leslie should be here very soon and we need to get to work on things.

Changes in School
well not long after i posted my last blog I found out that i can not become a world campus student. they said i do not hav eth math credits to do it. that i must take a pre-calculus class first then i can become a world wide web student at penn state.
So with that said i ended up changing my schedule of classes. I am still taking my macroeconomics class but i have to take it at the campus which is not to bad since it is only on monday nights. and i also get to take a photography class as well. so in future post i will be able to post some the pictures i take for my class. this class is a saturday class form 9 - 12 so not to bad and i do not have to worry about a sitter fo the kids at all.
with my monday night classes they do not start till 6:30 and i can drop the kids off to matt at work before i leave and head to class or my mother- in- law will watch them for about an hour till he gets home so i can go.
i am getting really excited to start my classes expecially since it has been about 3 1/2 years since i have actually been in a classroom. all my other classes were online so all i had to do was sit at the computer and watch a videa or read an archived chat session form my class.
I am hoping my attend an actuall classroom with a teacher that i can actually see will help me to get better grades and an understanding for all tha material i am to learn if i wuold end up having a problem with an assignment.
That and my classmates will be hopefully be easier to talk to and get help form since they will be alot closer than most of my online friends from my other school.

My acceptence into Penn State
well i finally got confirmation that Penn State accepted my application for admission. I will start classes on August 24th, two days before the kids go back. My classes will end 12/11/09.
I will be enrolled a bachlor's degree program for Business. I plan on doing the mgmt/mktg option.
My first two classes are Financial & managerial Accounting for Decision Making, along with Introductory macroeconomic Analysis and Policy.
they are online classes as I am a world wide student with penn state for now and i plan to switch wiht taking my classes at an actually campus in a classroom once all the kids are in school. so i will be going part time for now which is ok with me. the good theing is that all the classes are about 15 weeks long instead of just 5.
I am thinking that when Jacob starts preschool next year i might go from 2 classes to 3 this way I can finish a little faster and at the same time work my way up to taking 4 classes when he goes to school full day.
I will try my best to keep up with my blog here along with going to school and marraige counseling. which by the way we do not go back till Aug.5th.
so far things are going alright with us since our first session. it felt good to go and get things out in the open and actually be able to start dealing with all that has been going on. it kind of felt like a weight is slowly being lifted off my shoulders. I just hope it continues to be lifted and not end up come crashing down on me again even harder.

first night of counceling, and an update
well as most of you can tell i have been away for quite some time. i have been going through a rough time here at home with my marriage again. we decided to go ahead and seek outside help this time. we are both in agreement that about seeing a marriage counseling. but the place we go to calls it marriage therapy.
It felt good to go lat night and get out of things out in the open to hear from someone else that we are not the only couple that have the same type of problems, and hopefully with some help we can work them out and move on.
As far as everything else in my life. things have been going alright. I graduated college with my associates degree in may of this year. I am also getting ready to go back for my bachelor's degree in a month. this time i am going to be attending a "regular" school. I will still be taking my classes online they just won;t be accelerated classes that last only 5 weeks long. Taking those classes like that was very stressful on my with the three kids at home at times.
As far as the kids go they are doing alright even with the tension between Matt and I. Philip is going into 1st grade and he is excited and keeps asking when school starts again. Michael is going to be repeating the second grade as we found out he has some learning disabilities and he is almost a year behind on his math & reading as well as being slight dyslexic. They are going to work on him with all this stuff this school year as well as Matt and I helping him at home.
Jacob turned three this past June. He is getting very big and he is actually pretty smart for his age at least i think he is. he knows most of his ABC's already and some of his colors, and he can count up to 7 already i believe it is. He can hit a baseball with throwing it up it them air and swinging a bat all on his own.
well that is about it.

just rambling today.
well today i got to spend time with my sister, leslie, and her kids. we had a great time together.
We went over stuff for the business and jsut chatted about different things.
Hubby is working today for 13 hours, all overtime, at the LV car show. So it was really nice to have my sis visit and spend time with her. I even got a party booked from her for tastefuly simple.
I still have school work to do but it was still nice to have company considering i have not seen her in quite some time. We talk onthe phone or ever the computer jsut about everyday bit not the same as actually seeing each other.
the kids had a blast together and of course my camera battery was dead so i could not take pictures. but i will next time we get together. they got to play outside or a bit even though it was a little chilly but hey they had fun.
i am hoping that over the summer we can get together more often hopefully on a weekly basis if possible. the kids would really like that i think, expecially the littler ones. I know i would.

Well today was my second day back in classes. They are going alright. I have biology and I am ot liking it one bit so far. I never really liked it in the first place.
My instructor is getting on my nerves already. he has us doing this assignment where you have to pick a food item and a portion size but yet at the same time you can not have one that someone else in the class picked.
well needless to say i picked strawberries and after i had gottenthe paper all written and was ready to post it I saw that someone else had posted their paper on strawberries. I am not happy, because when i started my paper there was no one else doing strawberries. so i emailed the instructor and asked him if i have to redo the assignment iwth another food item or can i still post mine since the portion size it different. So now i have to wait to hear back from him.
But my international business class is going alright so far. have not come aross any problems in that class yet. Another good thing about that class is that i have friend in class with me that happens to live only 20 miutes from me. I met her in my very first class at school. we try to meet once a week now for coffee or something else to eat. We are trying to help each other along in the class. It is nice having online classes and actually finding someone in your class that lives close to you and you can actually meet in person and do things with.
I have to say that by going back to school and taking all my classes online now i have made a few new friends from different states. we actually talk to each other on the phone every now and then besides emailing each other.
Other than that thing her are going great. the kids are excited that it is getting warmer out now but not much warmer. they did get to play outside for a bit over the weekend though. I am actually looking forward to the warmer weather to come and stay so i can get out of the house and enjoy the time outside even if it may only be sitting on the porch doing school work myself while the kids are playing in the yard.

I'm alive and here
well i know it has been a few months since i been here to post, but i have been reading all yours jsut so you know. Thing have been hetic here the past couple of months. School has been a little rough on me. Classes are only 5 weeks long and i have 2 at a time. I am glad to say that i have three classes left till i get my associates degree. I am on spring break this week so i am trying to catch up a lot of things. I have been cleaning out the house. we have gotten rid of so much stuff i can not believe it. I am surprised that the garbage men have not said anythingj about how much has been out there the past two weeks.
I have even gone through my closet and got rid of aot of my clothes that do not fit and took them to a donation drop box. SO far I took 6 bags of clothes ( mine, hubby's, and the kids).
The boys are doing good. Michael turned 8 and Philip turned 6 in Feb. Jacob will be 3 in June.
We are planning a trip to NC to see a friend of ours over the Easter Break next month, just not sure yet if it is definate. Then in June we will go on a regular week long vacatioon to the poconos.

well now that i got my internet back and i know it is working jsut fine i promise to try to get in here on a more regular basis.
well my classes for school officially started yesterday and i am happy to say i have all this weeks assignments in for my computer class already. so now i just have to work on my management and leadership class assignments that are due no later than sunday at 12:00pm CT
The kids ended up having an early dismissal today. they got out 2 hours early. wait till you here this, well actually read it, They ended up getting out at 1:30 instead of 3:30. the superintendent of the school called and left a message on my answering machine to let me know about the early dismissal. the call came at 2:07pm. Now remember the kids got out at 1:30 today. so i ended up getting the call AFTER they were already out. How stupid is that. well anyway i knew about teh early dismissal since i was on the computer i was keeping a watch on it.
I am tired right now form being up earlier that normal the past two days now. I have a chat session in my one class that starts at 7am. So i have been getting up around 6-6:30 to make sure i have coffee in me so i am awake enough to participate in the chat. Now usually Matt lets me sleep in a little longer in themorning while he gets the coffee ready and michael ready for school. so i usually do not get up till about 7:30-8:00 am. So needless to say the pot of coffee i make in the morning is a fuller pot that matt usually makes and i noticed i have been making an extra pot later in the afternoon as well jsut to stay awake and fuctional throughout the day.
By the way some of you may remember be saying about birthdays coming up soon. Well Zachary's is tomorrow and we are suppose to have sleet and freezing rain through out the night so i am sure i will not get over to see him tomorrow but i am planning on calling him either way.
He knows he is not getting alot from me tomorrow and i will make it up to him with the income tax money. He is going to be 17 tomorrow.
well that is about all i have to say for today. but i should be blogging again real soon expecially if i get all my school work done ahead of time each week.
One more thing. WELCOME BACK ONLINE SIS!!! If you are reading this I have missed talking to you online. the days seemed longer for some reason with not talking ot you. Hope CJ feels better soon.

I am Still Alive...
well it has been a long time since my last blog. but we have been doign alright. the kids were sick again over the holidays but we are all better now.
well first let me say that thanksgiving was good and went alright. then right after that is when michael and jacob got sick.
the finally got off the antibotics on christmas day. so we had a nice christmas. Kids enjoyed themselves very much and got way to much stuff from everyone.
As for school for me i ended up having to repeat my two classes form last term. I am retaking these classes because i ended up without internet for almost 2 weeks if not a little longer, and since my classes are only 5 week classes it was hard to catch up. So i am taking computer applications and management and leaderhip classes over again this term.
I did however get set for my bachlor's degree and am set to start in june of this year with classes. Once i get into them i will only have one class at a time to take instead of the two.
So now i am preparing for birthdays now that am coming up soon.
but other than that i have been doing alright.

Well let me start off by saying things have been hectic here the past week or so.
I have had vender's pull out from the fair and have had new ones call me for spots so i have been going crazy with that since it is only a month away.
I have started my new class for school and i am already behind with work. I have a 2-3 page paper that was due last Sunday and i still have yet to get it in. Plus I have another 2-3 page paper and a 3-4 paragraph page due For class this Sunday by midnight CT.
I have been swamped with house work and doctor appointments again this week with my mom I am starting to think i may have taken on more than i can handle right now and in another 4 weeks i have my next set of classes starting and then I am in two classes at time which still only last for 5 weeks at a time.
But on a good note Hubby has still been supportive and helpful with all of it. We have had a few moments that were rocky again but we are working them out. SO things are still going pretty well with us.
I am happy and so is he and that i guess is what matters most right now and We know we both love each other and we are also starting to have a better understand of each other and how we feel about certain things. I just wish it didn't take us to almost destroy our marriage to figure it out.
We have even agreed to try to go out more as a couple if not just by ourselves every now and then. Although I am a little nervous about going out by myself and leaving him home alone with the kids and his computer. I told him right out i do not trust him to talk to Alex again in a manner that is not appropriate with him being married and that i would rather him not talk to her right now since i know she has feelings for him. So as far as i know he has not been talking to
her since I last caught him doing so and he lied to me about it. I gave him the ultimatum either he talking stops talking to her or i am out of here and no coming back this time. SO we will how long this lasts this time.

well it has been a couple of days since my last blog. I have been busy with school work. I have been working on my first 2-3 page paper and my first discussion board paper that consist of 3-4 paragraphs.
I have been trying to juggle all this on top of the kids in school and with having zach calling me each day to come over and see the boys.
it is going alright except for the fact that i feel zach thinks he can do what ever he wants here becasue my mom is not around. I am constantly yelling at him for doing things that he is not suppose to be doing and they are the same things my mom had just got done telling him about right before we left their hotel room.
and he will not leave matt alone. he follows matt around like a puppy and matt is starting to get anoyed at it. zach does this after i get done telling to please leave matt aone that he is working on school work that he needs to get in ( his first monday nigh class is only weeks long and he has a major work load to get done in a short omount of time and can not to any of it while at work even on his lunch break).
I like having him around but i just wish he would listen more and i have brouhgt this up to my mom each nght when i take him back home so i am not sure what is going to happen with it. I have to keep reminding him that the other boys are only half his age and they are way smaller than him and that he can not be SO rough with them. ( he ike to body slam them on my bed, which is only held together with two bolts since we had to saw the box spring in half to get it up the steps)
Sorry if it seems like i am complaining alot here but i am just realy confused as to what to do. i don't want zach to think i do not want him around but yet at the same time i do not want the other three to feel that they have no say in their home. today michael and philip actually told me they do not want zach to come over. they just want to spend time with daddy after he comes home from work.

I have to keep reminding him that the other boys are only half his age and they are way smaller than him and that he can not be SO rough with them. ( he ike to body slam them on my bed, which is only held together with two bolts since we had to saw the box spring in half to get it up the steps)
Sorry if it seems like i am complaining alot here but i am just realy confused as to what to do. i don't want zach to think i do not want him around but yet at the same time i do not want the other three to feel that they have no say in their home. today michael and philip actually told me they do not want zach to come over. they just want to spend time with daddy after he comes home from work.

i know it has been awhile since my last blog but things have been really busy here lately. I am seeing my 16 year old son again after 6 1/2 -7 years. Well i have also been talking to my mom and dad again. I took my mom to her doctor's appointment and I hae even brought her laundry home to do it as well. The good thing is that she is paying me to do it all. So on top of all my school work for my classes that started on monday. Michael and Philip started school on monday as well. Michael did really well Philip cried a bit on tuesday when i droppped him off. When i went to gp pick them up I had Zach with me and Philip was so proud of himself that he walked down the hall to the door without crying and with Michael's teacher that he had in 1st grade.
So I had a talk with my mom about zach with him always waning me to get him everyday and i told her that if I did n;t have school i'd gladly have him everyday during the day but i need to get my school work done so i can't get him everyday. but i will get him as much as i can as long as i have time to do my school work as well.
Jacob has been a little "stinker" in a sense. He warmed up to my mom and dad very fast. He even asked to go see grandpa yesterday after i dropped philip off at school.
So i can say that things are going good with me and my parents at this time and with matt and I with all the kids and school.
Hope everyone else has been doing alright and has a good week in case I do not get a chance to get in here for a couple of days. As soon as i Upload my pictures in my computer i will add a few of the kids from their first day of school.

I just wanted to stop in and let everyone know that i have heard back from zachary and he definately wants to meet me and the 3 boys when ever i am available. His only request was that matt not be there at first. I can understand and respect that.
I am however a little nervous about meeting him but i did pick a place that is not far from where matt works in case anything happens and i need him to show up ASAP. ( like my mom being there and starting something major)
I had suggested tomorrow at around 1pm at the park he had mentioned in his first message to me. So i am waiting on a reply back from that.
I know michael is excited to meet him once again. we do have some pictures of zachary in the house but they are from when michael was only about 6-7 months old and zachary was holding im in the pictures. so when michael sees them as asks who that is in the picture i have always told him it is his brother zachary. so he is very excited to see him once again.
i am just hoping that i am not setting my self up for a big ambush on my part with my mom, dad and my brother for some reason. but it is a chance i am willing to take. if anything seems suspicious and feels out of sinc i can always get the kids back in the car and leave.
so i will let you all know if i hear back from him.
I also have my MRI tonight in about 2 1/2 hours so i will update you on that as to what i find out about it tonight if anything.

I am hoping ot actually get a copy of the book and it will only cost me $50 and I will have it two days (shipping days) after i pay for it.

Today I had an intake appointment for Philip at Kidspeace outpatient about him not sleeping right at night and his outburst with his temper. He was daignosed with Disrubtive behavior disorder before and we have done the wrap around services which incluse a behavior specialist, mobile therapist, and a theraputic staff specialist. so now we are going to look at medication to help go with that. he gets so frustrated so easily and wehn things get really bad he breaks his own toys and really gets agressive with us all. I want ot stop it before Jacob starts in with it as a learned behavior and since philip is starting kindergarten i am getting concerned since he has to have things right away wehn he askes for something or else he go into a raging fit.
During the intake michael acted up so bad the director had to come and take him out of the roomjsut so i could answer the questions. i ended up there over an hour and a half. After the intake was over i went by the park where zachary had said he goes but he was not there and i still have not heard back from him as to when he wants to meet if he still does.
After I cam home from all that I logged into my school and started going over all my school stuff. I got my book today which happens to be an e-book so it is all online. I actually printed out a chapter or two to start with soi can take it with me in the car when the kids start school.
I then had my open house at 8pm tonight. so matt made dinner and kept the kids quiet for me which shocked me. i was expecting the kids to run around and being loud while it ws going on and they weren't.
I actually met someone in my class that is not that far from me. so we had exchanged emails and cell phone numbers. the funny thing is that her name is JODI. so we re hoping that we end up in the same group for our group project.
so that was my day. Tomorrow i have a chiropractor appointment in the morning and my MRI at 7pm so depending on how i am afterwards i will blog about how it went.

well just wanted to let you all know that i did not hear back from zachary as to when we are to meet if at all. but the rest of my night did go alright. i made another stop at the chiropractor for my back and hip and i go back on wed. and fri. so now i go mon, wed, and fri till further notice and get a massage once a week as well.
i should be getting my school books tomorrow so i am all excited about that. i can actually get a head start on reading the material and looking over everything. so i am going to try to get as much done around the house as possible tomorrow as well in between doctor appointements and going to the store.
the kids got to play a little in their pool for a bit today as well. we started tehm back on their routine for school as far as bedtime but it was tough going tonight but hopefully they will be better tomorrow night.
I still have a bunch of stuff to get htem for school but have not enough money to get it all right now. so michael is using his pack pack from last year once again for now. he really needs a new one but i have to wait till next friday (the 29th) to get him one. so he will have to go a week with his one from last year. just hoping it holds up. it is almost ripped through on the bottom.
well that is about it. I am going to head off to bed so i can get up early tomorrow hopefully.
